Since I’m always trying to learn as much as I can about webpages and webmastery, it’s natural I found the below mentioned blog. When I read things like “try our new web template….it is SEO optimized”, like a lemming, I see, believe, and follow for the time being. This new blog I discovered, Webdeveloper Blog (http://blog.universalwebservices.net/ )seems to be keen on a lot of insights into web developing. Hence shedding light on just what such things as "SEO optimized" is technically all about. Roughly 50% I understand, and the other 50% I still have yet to learn. I’m already considering it for now-and-future reference. I have for myself, and I sell through MarginsXs, basic tutorials in HTML and CSS. Like any other subject, where do you go for more rigorous details? (Besides forums). Blogs of this nature are priceless, and it is irresitable to pass on such a great find. What I did follow and understand, right now, where two entries:
“Preventing Spam On Your Blog“ http://blog.universalwebservices.net/item/15
and “Blog and Search engine Optimization“ http://blog.universalwebservices.net/section/search-engine-optimization
Before I proceed, let me say I would figure this blog is not for the newbie or the unintroduced to web pages. However, if someone wants to learn with reasonable effort, I would suspect in a short time, the information presented in this blog would become meaningful. On the Homepage, on the left, hit the Archives tab. Very nicely done are the topics and dates of entry. No, this blog hasn’t been around long, but shows promise of being so. I would recommend taking a look at the archives for personal evaluation of now or future usefulness.
Continuing, addressing the spam topic, I had always thought spam filtering was solely a plug-in solution, and was surprized to see a PHP script solution. For the second entry, Blog and SEO optimization, the use of proper HTML tags was clearly explained. For myself, I’m good at recognizing patterns, even if I don’t know what it means. It’s always nice to read something like the above, and think to myself,”Yeah, I’ll check my blog and site. You know, I think I’m OK, and now I know for certain.”
Great blog, and great rewards in checking this out!
